About this apartment rental

Charming self contained historic apartment located in the heart of Clarkdale. This unit is on the North West corner of this tastefully refurbished 1914 boarding house located just off the town square and overlooking the valley. From your kitchen windows you look up the foothills to the former mining town of Jerome, and from the living room your view encompasses the red rocks of Sedona and Flagstaff's Humphrys Peak.

I would stay again but good to know for others it's very rustic. Lots of cracks and stained ceilings but goes along with such a historic building. Shower was a bathtub but new tile and bed was nice, enough towels and pillows etc.Room was right off the shared balcony which could use some TLC but a fabulous view made up for coffee in the morning which is supplied and perfect to watch the stars. Close 5 minute drive to Cottonwood.

If you like to stay close to the train depot and 3 miles with in cottonwood historical town with in 30 mins if that to jermo it’s great

Love the Clarkdale lodge. But this last stay we had issues with the toilet not flushing well. The cable doesn’t work well on the tv either. Room is only stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper. So if you are staying for a while. Pack TP.
