Location! Location! Location! Fully furnished with a fireplace to help de-stress you. Our unit next door to each other. Great for family gathering. Each have 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Unit #203 was just updated in June 2020. The condo is located in the center of town where you can walk to the beach, grocery store, shops, dining, coffee houses and the Convention Center. Rented price is per unit. The unit sleeps 6. Unit #203 has 1 Queen and a Full bed with a twin trundle in the second bedroom. There is a queen sleeper in the unit.
The home is located close to parks, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, golfing, bowling, kayaking, and many more.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED DUE TO BUILDING POLICY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Memorial Day and Labor Day is a minimum 3 night stay.

I had time to relax and spend time with my son.
The location was across from a busy grocery story if you have forgotten anything. We enjoyed watching the waves at the ocean not far from property.
I will warn you about the flight of stairs going up to 2nd floor very steep.

I've stayed at many places in Ocean shores & this one is by far the best all around. The pizza factory is across the street with amazing food & drinks.

Super clean and fully stocked condo in the center of town. Easy check in, we appreciated the extras thar were thought of- movies, gift basket with snacks, beach toys... Only wish i knew it was an upstairs unit ahead of time. Would book again with friends or for a family event.
