About this apartment rental
This is a bright, modern studio with en-suite shower/WC. The room is reached by a private entrance at the side of our family house. The studio is recently built, clean and quiet, with lovely garden views and use of a patio. There is TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen area has a microwave oven (for small dishes), a fridge, a toaster, a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. There's also an ironing board and a hairdryer. Guests will have total privacy and can come and go as they please. Sorry but no smoking is allowed on the property. The location is just 5mins away from Golders Green underground (Metro) and bus station. It’s a safe, friendly neighborhood with many shops, restaurants, bars and parks. Stunning Hampstead Heath is just 10 mins away. The tube takes just 10mins to Camden Town, 25mins to Oxford St, 35 mins to Buckingham Palace and Tower of London.There are many buses to all areas of London and direct buses to Luton and Stanstead airports, taking just an hour. Heathrow is 40 mins by cab or 80 mins by metro. The local park 5 mins away has free tennis courts and a fantastic playground for kids. It also has a small zoo.

The area has good quality restaurants with very reasonable price. It's conveniently located within 6 min walk to the underground ( Northern Line) and has supermarkets, banks, cafes, etc. The studio is cozy, clean and quiet. Love that we can use the covered patio outside the studio, overlooking a neat backyard. It's so refreshing to sip on a drink on the patio after a day visiting busy London. Host is communicative and helpful. Will definitely recommend this place.

Very nice location convenient to public transit. Property was an easy walk from the “tube” and several bus stops. Paul was friendly and easy to contact with quick responses. The property is small but you have everything you need. There was a sink and counter with shelves that had plenty of cups and mugs for two people. There was a toaster and tea kettle. It was very clean! The bedding was comfy. There is a nice big window with a lovely view of the yard. We also had use of the patio area and the chairs were comfy. I spent many afternoons of our stay reading there.

The studio is in an adorable neighborhood that felt very safe and was easy to navigate. Paul was extremely helpful and friendly. I texted him to ask if I could stay an extra night, and he made that process incredibly easy. I’d love to stay here again.

Everything from the check in and responsiveness of Paul was great. Cozy place near the subway was ideal for quick travel across the city. No need to rent a car. Would recommend.
