About this cabin rental
Welcome to Worries End! Our family cabin is a short drive from the Twin Cities and is the perfect place to relax for a summer or winter vacation.
Our cabin was built in 2016 and offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a good sized basement family room, sitting room with a fireplace and a porch just steps from the lake. There is a queen bed, a full size bed and a bunk room that offers 2 full beds, a twin and a full trundle. It has all the conveniences of home, including central air conditioning. Outside there is a flat lawn on the lakeside and 2 docks that provide fantastic swimming and fishing.
Balsam Lake Wisconsin is a premier vacation location. It is 25 minutes from St Croix Falls and about 75 minutes from the Twin Cities. The lake is 2000+ acres with great fishing and water fun. The local Marina (Sunnyside Marine) has boats, pontoons and other water toys to rent. There are 2 restaurants that you can boat to on the lake and countless other great eating spots within 20 minutes of the property. Turtle Lake Casino, Wild Mountain, Trollhaugen and Taylors Falls are all about a 25 minute drive from the property and offer many fun activities. For the winter enthusiasts, the lake is great for ice fishing and the Gandy Dancer Snowmobile trail is right there.

The owner appropriately named their home "Worries End."
We are veteran renters' of home properties and this was simply our very best experience. Not only was the "like new" six-year property described accurately, which is critical, but we found so many onsite surprises like adequate available cabinets/drawers and a completely empty refrigerator.
The interactions with the owner, which were numerous because we simply ask a bunch of questions to help our packing accuracy, along with the communications we received ahead of time and the information shared at the home, were so helpful in planning our entire two-week stay.
If you enjoy bass fishing and all other lake activities this lake is going to exceed your expectations. We also had loads of fun at the Turtle Lake casino, local brew pubs, and Wednesday night Bingo at the Thirsty Otter just to mention of few of our nonlake activities.
Everything went so well that we have already booked next year's stay.
