Experience the laid back life of the Dominican Republic. Enjoy your next vacation on the pristine beach at the Stanza Mare Vacation Resort located directly on the beach, unlike most listings, near Bavaro just 15 minutes from the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Relax in a tropical atmosphere by the pool or treat yourself to a relaxing massage on the beach.
The beach here is by far the main attraction. With the white powder sand and the crystal clear water you will see for yourself why it has been rated one of the top ten most beautiful beaches on the planet. There are excellent restaurants located on the beach next to Stanza Mare along with souvenir shops. The beach is never crowded here because Stanza Mare only has just over 100 apartments many of which are not for rent. Many of the owners keep their apartments for themselves as a vacation home.
With an ocean view from your front door, one bedroom, and two baths and located right between the beach and the pool. Fully furnished in beautiful Caribbean décor. Fully equipped kitchens with appliances including gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave. A private balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture overlooks the pool. Towels and linens are provided. Separate air conditioning in each room. Door and window screens, Ceiling fan in both rooms, 50 inch smart TV with cable , DVD Player, Quality CD player with radio and auxiliary jack for mp3 or playlist. Comfortably sleeps 2 adults.
30% discount for stays 1 month or longer. There is a $ 300.00 returnable damage deposit and a $ 75.00 departure cleaning fee due in USD upon arrival. A $ 5.00 per day electricity allowance is included in price for stays less than 1 month. Stays 1 month or longer do not include electricity.

Great location right on beach close to everything. Ground floor unit steps to pool with lots of chairs at pool and beach. Check in a bit difficult as regular guy was away so we had Spanish only speaker greet us which made it a bit challenging but we managed. Apartment could use updating especially fridge. Lots of boats parked out front of this location - not sure why - wife didn't like this I was neutral. Unfortunately lots of seaweed which is out of everyone's control.

We love the unit and really enjoyed our stay but the hot water starts out brownish for the entire week, and it would have been nice to have a water dispenser otherwise the unit was great.

Nice location, aged property, decoration and furniture. I stay 4 night just use the bed and bathroom.
Lack of communication with the administration for checking and checkout.
