Our stay was very comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do. Easy to get to several beaches, hikes, wineries and shopping. The room and patio area were adorable and had so many artistic touches. It was nice to come back in the evening and sit on the large patio by the fire pit. We would definitely stay here again and will bring our dogs next time.

My boyfriend, dog and I had a lovely stay in this room! The room is charmingly furnished with thoughtful touches all around. Interacting with hosts was always pleasant, yet we felt like we had plenty of privacy. The bed comforter was SO COMFORTABLE, and we loved having the patio fire pit to use as well. Location is just a short drive from downtown Pismo (so fun!), Avila Dog Beach, a coffee shop, and lots of other local spots. We hope to come back!

I love gardening and succulents, nothing prepared me for the patio in front of the room. The decorations and ambiance was such a beachy feel good kinda thing. Our dogs had fun and we sunk into the bed which was such quality and had a very well rested night. The dogs didn't even get up like they normally do, we all slept and woke up to a beautiful peaceful morning.

Comfortable for 2 people. My son loved the dogs and the cat. Dogs barked very loudly when we arrived; but were quiet at night (we didn't have direct contact with the pets; they were fenced in). We had almost everything we needed -- it would be handy if there were hooks for hanging clothes. We would come back again.

Great place to stay for a couple. The reason I gave a 4 (it would be 4.5 if the option were there) is because there was only one nightstand and we had to lie on our sides to watch TV. It would’ve been nice if the bed were in the middle of the room so both sides could have a nightstand and sit up in bed to watch TV. Other than that, it was a great little spot and perfect for our needs.

This was a nice and clean room for our one night stay with our puppy while visiting the area. The room is filled with color and character, we loved it. Location was an easy and quick drive to get to the beach. Jen was really responsive and made sure we were checked in and comfortable. Overall recommend if you’re in the area!

We were only at this hidden gem for a day and a half but sitting on the private patio made us feel relaxed and calm. The garden is beautiful and the colorful decor cant help but make you happy. Room was very clean and worked perfect for our quick work visit. We highly recommend

Cute room/cottage- a good place to rest your head, not up to my cleaning standards. I went to take a shower, water was draining slowly- I promptly removed a wad of hair ( not mine) . Knickknacks in bathroom /on shelf terribly dusty as was the window sill area. On Saturday morning, 6/10, one owner left early (6-6:30 am),and with no one left in the house/owners around, the two dogs were barking on and off for an hour or so- made it difficult to get back to sleep. Not owners fault, just an FYI. Overall quiet and safe neighborhood ( minus the brigade of fireworks on Friday night around 10-10:30pm -ish, again, not owners fault at all) I’m sure a lot of people like this place, but it’s not for me.

We loved this cozy little room and the bright and sunny decor! Also so close to all the little coastal towns. We hung out in Pismo, hiked in Avila, had dinner in SLO, and coffee in Arroyo Grande. Such a convenient location! Our favorite this about this spot was the outside lounge area and living garden.

We were only looking for a place to rest our head at night and we got much more. The room was cozy and small but the patio outside made it feel bigger. We spent more time outside enjoying the garden and private patio.

I was nervous when I arrived, as it seemed like an active neighborhood and I was concerned about noise. It was quiet! I also appreciated the black-out curtains, comfortable bed, playful and fun decorations, lovely private front patio. It was helpful to have a small fridge, microwave and keurig so I could have breakfast on the patio. Jen and John were friendly, available, positive hosts. I loved being close to the ocean, and drove to spend sunrise and sunset on the beach some days. Lovely place!
