Panoramic Ocean View Wailea Ekahi 34D Summer Special 325/night

We had a great stay at the property! The kitchen was stocked with appliances and utensils...more than my home. We appreciated everything about the unit but would honestly say the the interior is ready for a makeover. We were in no way disappointed, but did realize that the furniture was dated and could have been a bit more comfortable. Thankfully we were not in the unit very long as we were enjoying the island. There is too much positive to list, so be sure that you won't be disappointed and the owner was fabulous to work with. Not that there is anything that can be done to change this issue, but we were sure that there would have been a more direct access to the greenbelt. We had to walk around the entire building through the parking lot to get to it. That took us by surprise, but it certainly was worth the effort.

Very clean property, well equipped with the basics and more. Near the beach and the pool. Easy to travel to other places in Maui. I would go back anytime !

Beautiful unit and location. It is upstairs (which is great for the views), and is a short walk to get to the green common area and beach. The main pool and Pavilion at the beach are great Location is perfect for golf, shopping and dining. We will be back. Mahalo 🙏

I'd thought i'd share a real review of the property, the previous reviewers have apparently never stayed in an actual 5 star * property. The view from the condo is a 5 star*, beautiful views from the kitchen/deck/living room if the view from the condo is what you care about then this condo is spectacular! The condo itself is a 3 star* very minor renovation (newish carpets (5-6 years old? and newish cupboard doors) other than that the condo is a typical Maui dated 1980's style (does have a newer couch). Original bathrooms (not impressed) and the bedroom faces the fairly busy road out the back so we had to have the windows/sliding doors shut during the night due to traffic noise/4am garbage trucks etc. The bed is horrible, 2 star** max (spring mattress/box spring like a trampoline and sunken in the middle) i have slept on better beds in $20 hostels. There are a bunch of little things in the condo that were very nice to have (spice drawer, condiments in fridge, cooking supplies (oil etc.). But there are no boogie boards or snorkel gear (the previous 2 condo's we stayed in had both). So condo amenities I would give 3.5 stars** The pool by the beach is a solid 4.5 star* beautiful views, lots of deck/lounge chairs around the pool and a grassy area surrounding the pool deck to lounge on (we love being on the grass right at the pool!!!). Fantastic kid friendly beach, Keawakupu is right down the steps from the pool. Super convenient for shuttling kids back and forth beach to pool. The pool by the beach is heated which made swimming in the rain bearable. The pool has bbq's and a kitchen in the lanai to make hanging out poolside all day very convenient. The only reason i would not give a higher rating is there is no hottub!! The location of the condo is a 3 star** because of the long walk from the condo to the pool (quite a steep hill and you have to walk through 2 parking lots to reach the greenway). 5 min walk, longer if you're dragging little ones with you :) There were a few problems with our stay (rats in the condo leaving their feces in the cupboards and then all around the condo when a trap was installed in the cupboard :( an onion smell in the ice machine and the fridges water filter was over 4 years old and when it was changed the water no longer worked (had to buy at Safeway). Overall we enjoyed our stay (rats not withstanding) but would look for a different condo closer to the pool with a newer renovation next time. Aloha
