Located directly on Crescent Beach, the home boasts a private boardwalk leading straight to the shoreline, while the in-ground pool offers a secluded oasis for an afternoon dip or a relaxing evening swim under the stars.
Expansive ocean-view decks span the second and third floors, providing the perfect setting to enjoy a morning coffee, unwind with a cocktail, or simply take in the breathtaking beach views. Overlooking a well-known surfing spot, this home is a dream for wave riders—don’t forget to bring your board!
Inside, the third floor features an open-concept design with a sunlit living area, plush seating, and a 50” HDTV. A perfect family retreat right on the ocean. Amazing views from the deck. The house is away from busy beaches but a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores.

The floor was wet in the kitchen couldn't use the kitchen from Sat until Monday afternoon cost us another $500.-700. going out to eat Sat Night Sunday three meals and Monday Morning thirteen people.The stairs were so bad going to the beach we had a terrible time getting up and down to the beach it was really bad!!! It was not what I expected for the money we paid!!! I really expected they would refund some of our money!!!
