Spend your days rubbing elbows with Minnie, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, and the rest of the Disney crew, or play on the Emerald Island gated resort community's beautifully landscaped grounds and stay entertained with top-notch amenities including a children's playground, a clubhouse with a community swimming pool, and a fitness center. But if you'd like to explore beyond the resort gates, you'll also find nearby golf courses, delicious restaurants, and all of Kissimmee's attractions within an easy drive.

This home is close enough to Walt Disney World for a mid-day break from your adventures. Between the family room's cushy floral-print couches, DVD-equipped TV (one of two; the other is located in the master suite), CD player, and the back patio's screened-in pool with a whirlpool spa, you'll certainly have plenty to keep you comfortable, whether relaxing indoors or outside.

But then there's also the nearby clubhouse, which is sure to be a hit with your whole family. At the clubhouse, check your email in the computer nook, relax on loungers at the community pool, or bring your kids to play video games in the game room while you pump some iron in the fitness gym. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
