Oceanfront home with your own beach, sunrises & sunsets it's, simply Perrydise!

Property was very clean and check in was so easy! We loved having a kitchen that had all you need and then some.Could not have wished for a more perfect place! Expectations were above what I was imagining. Thank you!

This cottage is hidden from the outside world but sits right on Passamaquoddy Bay, the beach is at your feet. The landscaping around the cottage is beautiful! Close to anything you need but we never wanted to leave. From reading on the deck, sunning on the lawn, finding shells and amazing rocks on the beach. The cottage is fully stocked just bring your food. However plenty of great restaurants close by. The air is so comfortable. Clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful vacation.

We are two seniors with a small dog. The house was exactly as described, beautiful view, private beach easily reached by wooden steps which were easy to use (we are quite old and have issues walking and we had no problems, even our timid small dog was fine). We saw eagles almost every day, seals twice.. The house had everything we needed, was sparklingly clean when we arrived, very easy to live in,. Maine vacation at its best!

We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet and humble Maine is best. The place fit our needs and we enjoyed our stay a lot. It would have been nice to have a queen size bed like listed instead of the two fulls. Also, getting grass cut is fine, but not having it bagged and leaving all the clippings in the yard make it very difficult to keep gras clippings from getting into the home. Something we can't control, but the landscaper's equipment can. Other than that, the place is fine and will fit everyone's needs, but maybe not their likes. It is a bit more camp/cottage feel than vacation home. Maybe the price reflects that a little, maybe not. Depends on you.
