Carriage house to historic 1861 home. One bedroom, queen bed with en suite bathroom. Full kitchen, open-plan living room with sofa bed and lovely view of the Ottaquechee River. Located on a peaceful, discreet cul-de-sac. Serene pastoral setting abutting Billing's Farm fields, and yet within easy walking distance to Woodstock Village center. Conveniently located directly across the road from Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Park and Mansion with easy access to miles of Park hiking/biking/cross country ski trails.

Great location right near the center of Woodstock Vt, and 10 minutes away from the ski slopes. Well equipped for a family of 3. Professional host. The Carriage house was the perfect setting for a winter weekend trip.

House was clean and comfortable, location was excellent, and host was responsive when we had a question.

Nice location. This cottage needs a deck in the worst way. The mattress is shot. I literally fell out of bed and slept on the couch. The garage was not usable because of sll the clutter in there. Two smoke alarms were missing which is a big problem. We are talking life/safety issue here. In addition, i felt the fees and mandatory insurance were excessive. I would not recommend this property to others.
