About this house rental
Welcome to Tradewinds, this beautiful new construction home is located directly on the white sandy beaches of Indian Rocks Beach. The house consists of 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms set over 3 floors.
The first floor consists of a large garage that can easily fit 2-3 cars. Step through the door and take the elevator or stairs up to the second floor.
On the second floor you will walk into a large open living area with huge windows overlooking the beach. The living area also has a large sofa with flat screen TV. There is a fantastic kitchen featuring a gas hob and stove, electric combo oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher with seating for 6 at the island. There is also a wet bar and breakfast nook together with a formal dining area. You can step out onto the balcony to BBQ or sit out and enjoy the breathtaking views.
On this level there are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds, which will only accommodate children. These bedrooms share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom with shower. There is also a half bathroom for guests to use off of the living area.
The third floor consists of the remaining 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and separate walk in shower as well as a double sink/vanity unit.
Bedroom 2 has a king bed and an en suite tub/shower combination. This bedroom and the master share a large balcony with incredible views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
The other two bedrooms on this floor share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other a king bed. There is also a laundry room on the 3rd floor. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV.
The rear of the property has a pool and hot tub, with sunbeds and seating for you and your party to relax in. There is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a dip in the warm Gulf of Mexico which is just steps away. There are plenty of amenities and toys for your use. We have beach chairs and umbrellas, Paddle boards and Kayaks available for your use*. There is also a full crib, pack-n-play, high chair and baby gates for your convenience.

The house was beautiful and we pinched ourselves everyday that we woke up to such incredible views. We stayed with our adult children and their families and there was more than enough room for us all. The ovens are difficult to operate, there are the manuals there if you want to try and figure it out. But the one we got figured out took an unusually long time to preheat. We also never really understood how to make the hot tub hot. I mean we did, but weren’t sure how we managed. I did reach out to the hosts when I thought it wasn’t working, but the response wasn’t super helpful. Between the stove and the pool/hottiv,

The view was unbelievable. The pool was great. Going out to the beach not so much. There was a weed growing as you were walking outside of the fencing that had burr type things. Oh my god watch out. If you got one in your foot and the spikes break off were talking pain. Also we didn't know till after the first night that the kitchen was full of ants. Some of our food was ruined. Also there were cockroaches. Now when you pay the kind of money I paid...there is no excuses. Also biting red ants by pool. If you stood still they were up your legs biting you. If you sat in chair they were biting. Lets say I went and got spray ant traps roach traps. I've been coming to Florida for 35 years and I know it can be common a week. Yes I let the host know. Asked twice for a new coffee pot because the one there leaked and got nothing. No broom no mop. Vacuum cleaner each floor. Beds were good. Plenty of towets. I can say good things. But don't know if I'll come back. Look befire you book.
