About this apartment rental
Large 100 sq meter (1200sqft) apartment overlooking the Musee Rodin. 61 rue de Bourgogne
Our 2nd floor apartment has lots of natural light as it faces due south and has high ceilings. The metro stop Varenne is a quick 5mn walk. The apartment is centrally located in the 7th arrondissement and most attractions can be reached within a 20mns walk or 15mns metro ride. The apartment has high speed fiber internet and TV.
The master bedroom has a California king bed and a large 18th century office desk. The rear bedroom has a queen bed.
This is not an investor property, but our childhood apartment that we rent out.

The property is nicer than the photos.
High end appliances in the kitchen and throughout.
Thick mattress and box springs.
Nice down comforters and bedding.
Big walk in shower.
Near the superb shopping of Rue de Varenne, and Rue de Bac.
Rodin and Invalides museums are basically across the street.,
Prime Ministers residence is just down the street.
Provide you with the little things necessary for a nice stay. Rolling shopping cart, clothes iron and board, Nespresso machine, Dyson vacuum, 65" big screen, superb Orbi WIFI, etc.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped, the furnishings were comfortable (particularly the beds!), and the neighborhood was fun to explore. Our hosts were always accessible and they were full of great ideas about restaurants, shows, and local shops.

The apartment was found as described and presented in images. It has generous, light-filled spaces; big windows that open to the urban soundscape or close to shut it out; quality furnishings and art; dining room is a great common space with large table and good night lighting; well-equipped kitchen with window; older-but-good toilet in closet separate from new spacious bathroom with cabinets, shower, sink, and clothes drier. (no shelf in shower was the 1 negative for all 3 people), working fans (it was unseasonably warm), and lots of evidence of lives well-lived in this space. 2 flights of stairs were not a hardship - just part of the daily 10-km Paris walk. We loved the street with its restaurants, groceries,and diversity of shops. Les Invalides is subway pretty close and the very-useful #69 bus stop is about a 10-min walk. We were happy, and appreciated living in this lovely space located where we could walk over to the Eiffel Tower on a friday night to check out the night lighting.
