About this house rental
Minutes from TAMU campus while nestled in the gorgeous outdoors. Huge living room with 12 ft video wall (installed Jan 2026) and cozy sectional that fits at least 10 people. There is another living room upstairs with tons of games for the kids to enjoy. 6 fully furnished adorable bedrooms. You can play pool while listening to your favorite tunes on a rockin' juke box or bluetooth ready sound bars. On the covered back patio you can easily entertain for all your guests while watching the game on the two flat screen TVs outside. Outdoor kitchen complete with hibachi grill, side burner, gas grill, food warmer, sink and outdoor refrigerator. Enjoy the outdoors while lounging on the hammock, playing horse shoes, washers, brushing up on your short game on the putting green, or sun bathe on the turf. Then cool off in the lagoon like pool. Pool can be heated per request. Don't forget to bring fixings for s'mores because there is an amazing stone fireplace outside that you and friends can sit around and gaze at the stars. There is no other venue in town that you can fit so many people comfortably and feel right at home. 2 RV spots available.

My family and I stayed here for my ring dunk and it was absolutely perfect. The Wall’s were so helpful with check-in and getting things set up. The house has a very open floor plan, great for having people over, and it slept so many of my family members that came into town. I honestly wish we could’ve had the house for a whole week for a staycation. I would recommend the Wall’s house for any occasion!! Very clean and accommodating. You are 100% getting your moneys worth.

Fantastic place for 6ths to have plenty of space to hang out and all have our own rooms! Our Host was great and super easy to communicate with! Hope to come again!

Perfect venue for large gatherings. Juke box and arcade games were so much fun. Pool is the perfect size. Lots to keep you entertained.
