Cathedral Canyon CC Oasis is a single level unit on the golf course, and offers beautiful views of the 8th tee and the lake from the living room, kitchen and large patio with gas BBQ, where you can sit under the trees and watch the ducks go by.
This 3-bedroom 2-bath condo offers 1-King, 1-Queen & 2-twins, and is approximately 1825 square feet. All the bedrooms have TVS & VCR’s, and there's a DVD player and cable including HBO and Showtime in the living room, which also has a fireplace and a large sunken wet bar with mirrors. The large master bedroom includes an equally large bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower; a small private patio is also off the master bedroom.
Great kitchen with eating area plus formal dining room, inside laundry room, and double attached garage.
Semi private Golf Course with Clubhouse and a wonderful restaurant, pools, spas, and tennis courts. This country club offers a par 72 course with reasonable green fees and open to guests. No cats are allowed.
Cathedral Canyon Country Club is near shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, casinos, and conveniently located between Palm Springs and Palm Desert.
This vacation home rents on a 30-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 months in Cathedral Canyon Country Club in this awesome condo. Its very well equipped with everything you need, very clean, very comfortable, and in a great location. We want to thank the owners for sharing their beautiful condo with us.

The unit was as advertised. It was beautiful and spacious. The wide screen TV and other electronics worked well as did all the kitchen appliances which appeared to be new. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and well appointed.
We loved having our meals on the patio where we could see the lake with ducks, exotic fish and turtles. The pool was wonderful and the children spent most of their time swimming. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would like to do it again next year.

We stayed for the month of February. The layout of the unit was perfect for our needs, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, and large family room. We had guests throughout the month, and the space served us perfectly. Lots of room and clean. The washing machine start button broke the first few days, and a repair tech came right out. The pond outside the patio was nice and calming with the birds, fish and turtles to keep us entertained. There was a golf cart inside the garage that would have been perfect to use, but we could not find a key, and Oranj Palm didn't seem to know it was there. However, when they contacted the owner, he said the golf cart was not to be used. The community was gated, and the guards were great! They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Every morning we took a walk around the neighborhood and picked a fresh grapefruit to eat for breakfast. Paradise for these mid westerners!

We had a great time staying in the property. It was cleaned and well-maintained with good customer service. It was centrally located close to many attractions. We went to the close by heated pool in the complex one afternoon and the kids just didn't want to leave. We definitely will go back again for our next vacation!
