About this house rental
Beautifully remodeled, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom lakefront home with breathtaking views from almost every room in the house! Wake up to scenic lake views from two of the upper floor bedrooms and enjoy gorgeous sunsets from one of the four very spacious decks. Take a swim from the private dock that overlooks a lighthouse and has two boat wells, one is available for guest use and one owner occupied. There is a security camera on the dock pointing at owners boat and jet ski, just an FYI. This is for the security of the owners boat and jet ski ONLY. This wonderful home includes a lower level, fully stocked kitchen including stainless steel appliances, full refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, K-cup coffee maker, four slot toaster, pots, pans, utensils and plenty of dish ware for indoor/outdoor entertaining Or grill up your favorite meal on the gas grill from the deck while enjoying lake life living. ++Owner does not provide propane, there may be some in the tank or there may not be.++ Tank exchange is at corner store (Conoco).

The family living area overlooks the lake and has a large TV / SONOS entertainment system and includes wifi and cable. Three bedrooms comfortably sleep 4 adults and 4 children, with two queen beds, full size mattress bunkbeds and 2 adult on queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Master bedroom includes a master bath. NOTE- 2 PARKING SPACES ONLY. Any trash on dock area needs to be brought up OR maybe subject to extra fees. Plenty of restaurants, shops and water activities . Located between Mile Marker 3 & 4. Also, a 10 minute drive to Bagnell Dam and the strip!

The house had every thing we needed for a fun week on the lake. Great views of the sunsets from the deck and dinners on the screened in porch. Jason was very responsive to all our questions.

Our family stayed for a long weekend and were really pleased with the property and location. The deck overlooking the lake is even better in person. House was as advertised and we had plenty of room. Good location in a cove. Will definitely be back next year.
