This place is absolutely gorgeous! The gardens and vineyard view are just lovely! The many hummingbirds and birds that visit the backyard and water fountain agree! The deck and backyard space are perfect for relaxing and soaking in the beauty of the Sonoma area. The home, itself, is also beautiful and well stocked with anything you might need. Sandra, the owner, is very kind and helpful. This is a special place and we are so thankful thatwe were able to stay and enjoy some time in this beautiful place!

Our family of five stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate a cousin's birthday. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Two of the bedrooms have walk in showers which is nice for an older person. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use.We used one of our days to stay at this property eating alfresco, enjoying the vineyard it sets on and the gorgeous view of hills, a river or lake and the lovely grounds.The location was good and not very far from the city of Sonoma. The owner was responsive to our requests. I highly recommend this property in the country.

Everything about this property is amazing - from the beautiful, spacious accommodations inside to the absolutely breathtaking views outside, our family enjoyed every minute! We were looking for a quiet location for 3 couples to share while exploring the Sonoma and Napa areas and found Sandra's property. It looked perfect on line but when we arrived, it was BEYOND PERFECT!! This custom home in the middle of a vineyard had everything. The interior appeared professionally decorated and was spotless. The open kitchen and dining areas made it a lot of fun for us to cook and play games. It was obvious that they lived there part time as there was everything in the kitchen supplies that was needed for preparing our meals. The beds were so comfortable that we all were looking for the mattress tags to see who made them. The best part however, was the exterior. There was both covered and open areas in the large patio and plenty of padded furniture to sit in while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. They even had a separate patio area by the grape vines that had another bar-be-cue, a fire pit and heat lamps. Sandra was a perfect host and her package of materials on what to do and where to eat was very helpful. She even left us a bottle of wine made from her own grapes that was delicious. If you get the chance, make sure you do a tasting at Roessler wines in Sonoma, who bottled it for her. Pat O'Sullivan

We were stunned by the beautiful property that greeted us when we arrived - the photos cannot begin to do justice to the vineyards and sweeping views from the expansive back property. The home is beautiful and stocked with every possible item one could imagine. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and common areas perfect for our family to gather for the Thanksgiving holiday. For much of the time we entertained our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter who lives in Sonoma, and the property was so interesting, with 3 fountains and multiple paths that she was delighted with the "hotel house". One of the toilets needed special care, and when we let Sandra know about this she was very prompt to offer a solution although we found it unnecessary so did not pursue it. The communication with Sandra was always rapid and accurate, she was amazing and even gave us a bottle of wine from their vineyard (it was delicious!). We absolutely would recommend this property to others who want to be transported to a retreat but still be a close drive to town.
