Granite point is a beautiful, island cottage on Healey lake. This private setting sleeps 20+ and has 734 feet of frontage. The main cottage sleeps 18 with 5 bedrooms and the separate boathouse sleeps seven. This sanctuary is perfect for large groups, multiple families or reunions. The cottage comes with an aluminum boat w/6hp, a canoe and a beautiful child friendly beach. Minutes from the marina. The dining room has a large table for 20+ guests. Bonfire pit beside the water. Docking for 5 boats. Bring your own boat or use ours. Launching at the Marina.

We had a wonderful week at Granite Point Cottage. As a property on an island, we enjoyed the quietness of the location. Michele, the owner was on hand if we needed her (we didn’t) great communication. Sad to be leaving such a beautiful setting!

Super spacious property and waterfront both boats and beach.
Plenty of room for family and space when needed.
Disappointing description...includes photos of pedalo included and wasnt ...nor replaced in time for our use. Needs a new coffee machine STAT....almost 1 3/4 hr to brew one pot.

We enjoyed our time at this property on Healey Lake. Being water access makes things a bit more difficult with moving in and moving out. Michelle was great through the whole process before, during, and after. She made sure I had her cell number and she replied to any texts within 15 minutes - usually quicker. We would definitely consider renting this place again.

We enjoyed our stay. I found the marina a little further from the cottage than anticipated and needed the boat taxi a little more often. Outside observations that really did not impact our vacation: The land was not "walkable" for the toddlers or elderly. The beach did not have a lot of sand. The tree house had been taken down.
Inside observations: The cottage was beautiful and clean. It was plenty big for a family of 15. The bedroom walls allowed for privacy and quiet. Linens supplied was a big bonus, along with the washer & dryer. Warning: even though the dining table was perfect for the 15 of us, watch out for the legs on the benches. We had more than our share of stubbed toes.
Renting the seadoos was enjoyed by 13/15 of us. The 2 that missed the thrill were under 1 year of age. The grocery store was convenient.
The owners provided the right amount of customer service for me and my family. The owners informed us that they were going to renovate the boathouse with a washroom. That would be great.
Definitely would go back there again and recommend to any family or friends.
