The house is close to the tourist town of Follonica, very lively in the summer. Here you will find many shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the train station.
A 5-10 minute drive away are the famous beaches of Cala Violina, Cala Martina, Cala Civette, Cala Felice.
From here you can also visit many places in Tuscany and not only: Grosseto, Siena, Pisa, Florence, Rome, Volterra, the Island of Elba, Castiglione della Pescaia, the Orbetello Lagoon ...
The house is also ideal for those who practice sports: it is an excellent starting point for excursions by bike or mountain bike in the most characteristic itineraries to discover Tuscany. Sehr ordentlich und freundlich. In der Küche sollte der backofen getauscht werden (technisch nicht in gutem Zustand). Es haben bequeme Möbel / Liegen außen gefehlt. Ein ordentlicher Grill wäre auch schön. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

der hausbesitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. das haus ist gemütlich und gut aufgeteilt. der garten ist riesig. für ferien mit hunden war es super!

Villa molto ben disposta lasciata molto pulita vicina al mare è stata davvero un ottima esperienza consiglio.
