About this villa rental
Les Pignes Est is a spacious (193m2) 4 bedroomed villa with 3 bathrooms and a heated infinity pool and is ideally situated on the Chemin du Train des Pignes Est on the outskirts of the market town of Lorgues in the heart of Provence. Just one hour from Nice and a little further from Marseille, Lorgues is situated half way between the Mediterranean and the Gorges du Verdon. A weekly Provençal market is a draw for all and there is an additional farmers' market every Friday.
Of the four bedrooms one double (160x200cm bed) is situated on the ground floor with a shower room including wc next to it. A further 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms are to be found on the first floor one double (160x200cm bed) and two twins (2 90x190cm beds in each).
The very large open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen and delightful log burner for winter evenings leads to a beautiful south-facing terrace with gas barbecue, comfortable seating for 8 people and views over the Provençal countryside and the Ermitage de St Férreol.
The typically Provençal terraced garden with pretty, thoughtful Mediterranean planting leads to the 10x5m heated infinity swimming pool with electrically operated safety cover and sun terrace with loungers and parasols. A pool house offers shade for children in the height of the day.
The villa is situated on the Chemin du Train des Pignes Est - a former railway track and now part of the EuroVelo 8 cycle track which offers lovely walks and cycling for all.
