Welcome to our newly renovated 2500 square foot vacation home in the Phoenix west valley. With unparalleled mountain views from the patio, you'll be captivated by the area's small town southwestern charm, over 40 parks nearby, pedestrian friendly center and multitude of activities.
Everything you'll need for a memorable vacation is a short 7 minute or less walk away: Two championship golf courses featuring unsurpassed views of the mountains and Phoenix, restaurants, grocery store, drug store, children's playgrounds, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts.
The home will accommodate up to 6 guests in comfort. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare delicious meals, or alternatively, enjoy one of the 3 restaurants that are a short walk from the house.
Watch your favorite game or tv show on the 50' HD TV or relax in the back yard by the fire pit.
This bright & vibrant community is welcoming & fun for the whole family! Two award winning 18-hole golf courses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, spa/salon, miles of hiking/walking/biking trails and community events!

This home is uniquely located across the street from a large park with Basketball hoop, BBQ and spacious field to play soccer or football. There are countless parks and playgrounds to enjoy as well. Walk or bike to have dinner at local Restaurants. Play a round of golf, then have lunch at the golf course on the patio overlooking the course.
Sleeps 6 people: one king bed (main floor), one queen bed (upstairs), and two full beds (upstairs), one queen pullout couch with upgraded memory foam mattress(main floor), one full pull out couch with upgraded memory foam mattress, One twin pull out couch with upgraded memory foam mattress(upstairs) There are two full bathrooms (one main floor, one upstairs) and one half bathroom (main floor). You'll also find a fully functional eat-in kitchen, large dining room, upstairs den, desk, covered lanai, BBQ, covered porch, washer & dryer, Internet TV, and Wifi.
Parking is available in the driveway at the back of the house or on the street in front of the house.

Suzanne was a very gracious host. Her communication before, during, and upon checkout was excellent. The house was amazing and was very close to the wedding venues we attended and to all of the sights we wanted to see while in Arizona. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a great vacation spot in Arizona.
