About this cabin rental
Bring your friends and family to beautiful Lake O'Brien in Crosslake, MN., located just 2 hours north of the Twin Cities. With all the amenities of home, this cabin has all you need to enjoy your northwoods getaway! The cabin is situated just steps from the water's edge. There are two bedrooms on the main level and a third bedroom in the lower level with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. There is one full bathroom on the main level with washer/dryer for easy access. HDTV smart TV 's on both levels and free wifi are also included. The kitchen has brand new appliances. All three bedrooms have also been recently remodeled. The cabin is perfect for up to 6 guests. We suggest a limit of 6 due to the size of the cabin and single bathroom.
The cabin is located 5 miles East of Crosslake, which has a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops to please the entire family. The lake is perfect for all types of recreational water activities or just relaxing on the dock and soaking up the sun. Bring your own boat and launch it at the new boat launch, which has parking located nearby. Take advantage of all the lake has to offer in the Winter months as well. Enjoy ice fishing on the lake or snowmobiling on the freshly groomed trails around the area. No matter the season or reason for your getaway, this cabin has everything you need to make lasting memories with friends and family!

Our family had a wonderful time at Chris’ cabin! Our young girls loved going for rides in the pontoon, and the small sandy area by the dock was a big favorite for our girls to splash in the shallow water. There was plenty of space and gorgeous views of the lake from the windows.One thing to mention: if you have kids five and under, the bannister for the stairs to the lower level has posts that are set very far apart. A young child can definitely fit through and take a very dangerous tumble.

We had a great time. Pontoon cruising the lake was great. Option to ski/tube is possible even though reading about the lake said not great for it. Super peaceful. Space was great. All enjoyed the rest and relaxing outdoors. View of the moon from the deck was great!

We enjoyed the pontoon availability but unfortunately the uncomfortable beds made us leave two days early. The place could use a good deep clean, ceiling fans, wall vents, baseboards in the bathroom and grout in the bathtub was black. Better instructions on starting the pontoon could alleviate questions to the owner on the first day. Deck was nice to view the lake on the evening.
