Great large apartment on the 2nd floor with an elevator for luggage and those with bad knees. The neighborhood is very walkable with a park, restaurants and grocers nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at JoAnn's so much! My friend and I both worked from home and found the wifi to be fast and the home to have enough places to work that we were able to spread out. The location is very convenient to the subway and there is a cute farmers market on Saturdays a block away! For New York, this apartment is incredibly spacious and can comfortably host 2-3 people. It was very well cleaned and had all the comforts we needed for our month-long stay. Hosts were very responsive and checked in on our comfort frequently. Downsides were very minor--some street noise with a park nearby and no self-check-in. However, we would absolutely stay again at JoAnn's if we visit New York again. Five stars.

JoAnn’s apt is excellent, all photos are true, the location is great, 2 blocks from the subway. Rooms beds and everything else in perfect condition. We had a great stay and I hope we can do it again in the future . It was easy to communicate with JoAnn, check in and out without any problem.

We absolutely LOVED staying at Joanne's place! We lived here for 3 months and it was better than we could of expected. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The apartment is way bigger than it seems in the picture and we all had our own space. The location is perfect. The subway is so close and Times Square is only about 20 min away. And sunnyside is so nice, quiet, and safe. If you are thinking of staying in New York stay here!!!! We loved it!
