About this apartment rental
Apartment AP2 is located only 200 m above the beach in quiet environment with breathtaking view on the Adriatic sea and island Brač. AP2 has maximum capacity for 4 person. It has a bedroom for 2 adult persons (1 double bed + 1 single sofa bed for one child) with an outlet to the balcony, a bathroom, a kitchen with dinning area and a living room where is an sofa with possibility to open for 2 adult or 2 children. From living room there is an outlet to the spacious balcony with breathtaking sea view on island of Brač and our beautiful coast. It is just perfect for having a romantic dinner with sunset as a background.
There is your private parking space in front of property. Apartment is equipped with air condition, satellite TV and if you like to make your own lunch/dinner, there is an outside grill.
You have your own spot at sun deck by the swimming pool, you can freely use the gym which is located at the ground floor.
On the ground floor is a washing machine and can be used for a small fee of 4 Eur.
We (owners) live on a first floor of the property and will be more than glad to assist you with anything you need.
Reservation of my apartment we perform any day at week, the 7 night is minimum for stay in main season (July and August).
Before and after main season minimum stay is 3 nights.
The beach is only 200 m away, restaurant is 250 m far from property and market is far about 1000m.
Lokva Rogoznica is a small village located 10-kilometers from the town of Omiš following the main road to Makarska. The local population engages in cattle breeding, fishery, agriculture and winegrowing. Lokva Rogoznica is situated at the foot of the mountain and provides the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. Above the main road is an old village made up of antique stone houses which has become a favorite picnic destination. Along the coast there are beautiful sand and pebble beaches with a clear sea and partly protected with pine trees under which you can enjoy the shade.

Everything was nice, good price, nice pool, nice views of Adriatic. Unfortunately, smoking was allowed at the building.

Sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter, super Pool mit einmaliger Aussicht. Saubere und schöne Ferienwohnung, gute Lage zu Meer und Ausflugspunkten.

Wir verbrachten tolle 2 Wochen im Appartment 2. Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Vermieter, welcher unten im Haus mitwohnt, empfangen. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich bereits Getränke, Bier, Wein und Saft und das Appartment sowie die gesamte Anlage war sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Hervorragend fanden wir den Pool und die Lage des Hauses, nur 200 m vom Meer. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, zB. nach Split, Omis oder Trogir.... Der Besitzer Grgo war immer für Fragen da und hat uns auch gern alle unseren Fragen zum Leben in Kroatien beantwortet. Wir haben die Gespräche mit ihm sehr genossen! Auch im WM Fußballfieber haben wir zusammen mit ihm mitgefiebert:-)
Das Haus besitzt insgesamt 4 Appartments, 1Fitnessraum, 1 schönen Pool und man konnte gegen eine kleine Gebühr die Waschmaschine benutzen. Auch ein Grill war vorhanden, welchen wir 2 mal nutzten und Grgo den uns auch extra vorbereitete. Er ist ein super lieber Gastgeber, man fühlt sich sehr wohl in seinem Haus. Selbst Tomaten aus seinem Garten hat er uns gebracht.
Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter und werden Grgo sicherlich in den nächsten Jahren wieder besuchen!!! Alles Liebe und Gute aus Deutschland, lieber Grgo!!!! Wir geben dir von Herzen ♥️ 10 Sterne! Herzlichst Susann, Heiko und Max
