About this cottage rental
The house is located off East Lake Road at the south end of Conesus Lake. It’s not directly on the lake but a short walk will get you to our shared dock. The house is a 900 sq. ft. ranch with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The bedrooms include one full size bed and one queen bed and there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. It is well maintained and very clean. It has Wi-Fi, a smart TV, basic cable with major networks and the kitchen comes fully supplied for cooking.
The large deck in the backyard offers a secluded, quiet and tranquil area for cooking out, playing lawn games and relaxing. There is also a fire pit and firewood to enjoy an evening campfire. A creek runs behind the property and allows access to paddle out to the lake if you have a kayak.
The shared dock has a 9ft wide X 20ft long platform with a table, chairs and an umbrella making it great for swimming, fishing or just lounging. It has an excellent view of almost half of the lake. (Lake Frontage: 10 foot right-away). There is cart in the garage for your use to easily transport coolers or other items to the dock which is a short walk (about 300 feet). There is also plenty of storage space in the garage if you need it.
Linens are provided (This includes, sheets, pillowcases and bath/hand/kitchen towels).

We are currently looking for a winter tenant for October 2024 through May 2025.

The area is scenic, just beautiful. Cottage is well maintained and pretty. Furniture is comfy, and little details are attended to. It's a busy area but the backyard is private. I've stayed in cottages where they didn't have salt and pepper, or any hand soap. This place had a selection of spices, soap in each bathroom, all the towels. Even some shampoo and conditioner! Rachael was easy to talk to and responsive to inquiries. Highly recommend 😀

It was very clean & well kept properly. The bar stools would have been easier to get in & out if they would have swiveled. We had a good 6 day vacation.

Access to the dock was difficult so I did not use it. The pictures made it look like the stream was viewable from the cottage and it was not.
That being said, the cottage was very clean and comfortable. I was there for a family reunion so I wasn’t there much except at night.
