Very comfortable condo, in a great central location. It is only 15 miles to downtown Denver, 21 miles to Boulder, and only 20 miles from the Denver International airport.

Private entry, easy access ground floor unit, small porch, community pool(outdoor, onsite, 30 sec. walk, no fees, sunscreen, noodles, beach towels provided), basketball court and grassy park like area.

*BEDROOM 1: (Master)-king size bed, 40" TV; BEDROOM 2: Queen and Single bed, 32" TV, DVR
*LIVING ROOM: 50" TV, 2 couches, chair, small desk with bench.
*DINING: Large dining table that seats 4+ people.
*KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen, with pots and pans, baking utensils and spices.
*BATHROOMS: 2 full bathrooms. (1 with tub&shower, 1 full shower). Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, all provided!
*LAUNDRY: Washer and Dryer, Ironing board and iron provided!
*POOL: Outside, 30 Second walk from Condo, On Site, No Fees, (Noodles, Sunscreen, Beach Towels Provided.)! Open generally Memorial Day-Labor Day.
*PATIO: Small outdoor patio table with 2 chairs.
*RESTAURANTS: Near many restaurants close within walking distance.
*HIGHWAYS: Located close to main highways to get to all over the metro area.
*PARKING: Free Parking for up to 2 vehicles. Lots of free street parking also.
*FLOOR: Easy Ground Floor access.

Literally everything was perfect!! Would 100% recommend this to a friend/colleauge or stay myself again. It was clean, roomy enough but not too big, comfortable beds and furniture, beautifully decorated, cozy, welcoming, quiet neighbors. Don and Beth were amazing hosts!!

Great location with a lot of walking trails nearby. Lots of grass and trees that are all well kept. Peaceful neighbors- nice AC/ heater. We would stay again!

Great place and very accommodating. Great neighbors. Good parking. Only issue was advertised as having A/C but it did not. However, A/C was installed during my stay. Would definitely recommend for long term stays.

Don did a great job hosting. The space was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were super responsive and helpful.
