Lakefront Living at its Best... Direct Waterfront Property with completely remodeled kitchen and main level Great Room featuring a "Gourmet Kitchen" design with 5 burner gas range, all stainless steel appliances and massive 9' island bar that overlooks a completely open concept main level with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams and stacked stone fireplace. Additional enhancements include a remodeled main level bathroom, custom built-ins and recessed lighting.
Outside the decks have been improved with the addition of a cable railing system that opens up the entire view to the lake and its spectacular sunsets and shimmering expanse. There is also a fire-pit area as well that features composite Adirondack chairs and a propane fire-pit that sets the mood for a relaxing sunset as you sip on a cocktail and let all your worries melt away.
Cypress Point Lake Lodge is located on a bluff with fantastic views of beautiful Lake Greenwood. The property is designed to be relaxing not pretentious. Come take off your shoes and enjoy lake front living at its best. You may never want to leave!
This direct lakefront home features 4 large bedrooms and 4 full baths. Full length upper and lower decks provide ample outdoor space for enjoying the spectacular lake and sunset views.
Spiders and Bugs: There are bugs and spiders around. Our windows are sealed, and have screens, and we do all that we can to minimize without affecting the ecosystem. Spiders on or around the deck are unfortunately a natural consequence of living directly lakefront.
Safety: Please note that we have outdoor perimeter security cameras that cover the driveway, front porch and rear of the property for safety and security.

From the moment we arrived, this lake house exceeded every expectation. The views were absolutely breathtaking—whether enjoying morning coffee on the deck or watching the sunset over the water, it was picture-perfect. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true retreat from the hustle of everyday life.The amenities were top-notch. Every room was thoughtfully stocked, from the kitchen (which had everything we needed to cook family meals) to the comfy living space and bedrooms with cozy linens. We loved the outdoor spaces too—plenty of seating, a fire pit for s’mores, and direct access to the lake. You can tell the hosts put real care into making this a welcoming, well-equipped space.Communication was seamless from start to finish. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, which made everything stress-free. We’re already talking about when we can come back. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-maintained lake house with everything you need, look no further!
