This beautifully appointed remodeled condo offers 3 bedrooms 2 baths within walking distance of River Run and downtown Ketchum. Guests will enjoyh a gas fireplace with views of “Baldy” as well as the closeness of fantastic restaurants, shopping, and art galleries. The unit is located on the second floor and offers beautiful sweeping views of Baldy Mountain. You and your guests will also enjoy the large deck, which includes a large family picnic table and a gas barbecue for outdoor dining experiences during the summer.
The main floor master bedroom has a king size bed with it’s own ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a guest bathroom, with bathtub and shower located off the guest bedroom on the main floor. The second floor is anopen air “Loft” which has a full size bed. In addition, there's a third enclosed bedroom in the upstairs loft area with two twin beds for children or additional guests if needed. This also can be used for the kids gaming area with XBOX 360 and a 32'' LED TV. Please note all the linens during the winter months are flannel sheets with crisp cotton sheets during the summer months for your comfort.
The kitchen is a full sized, u-shaped space with a spacious island for preparation as well as a serving area for large parties. You’ll find the kitchen fully equipped with all the cooking utensils that a chef or baker of the house would need. The living room has cozy furnishings within to enjoy the views of Baldy or simply enjoy the wood-burning fireplace with your favorite book or beverage in hand. You can also enjoy the 42'' Flat screen TV with a 'Bose' sound system with CD, DVD, and Blue Ray for watching movies. The extended HD cable package and Wi-Fi are included.
*Each bedroom contains a 32' flat screen TV with extended HD cable package.
*Owner provides free Wi-Fi.

Good location & style of condo . I’ve never commented before on issues but : we own a vacation rental too .
Get those carpets cleaned or better yet replaced They’ve quite bad . And little things but in both bathrooms the hand soap had 2 drops of soap . We filled up , they’re quite old & easy cheap to buy new ones . Everything else was great
