About this apartment rental
Just west of US 41, our bright, modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located just 3 miles from beautiful Bonita and Barefoot Beach, within walking distance to several restaurants. Ground floor, corner unit with screened lanai overlooking the lake and nature preserve. Parking spot is conveniently just outside front door which has keypad entry and kitchen is equipped like a full time home. The master bedroom has a new king bed, lots of dresser storage, TV, a large walk in closet and en suite with shower. Living room has leather power reclining sofa and swivel power recliner for complete comfort. The main bath has tub shower. Updated LVP flooring throughout. Take advantage of our beach chairs, coolers, towels and umbrellas for beach trips. Beautifully refurbished community pool with loungers and umbrellas. Hoping to escape cold/snowy Western New York, my husband found this property on VRBO. Our host made it possible for us to check in early which was terrific! The condo is the perfect “escape” - includes everything you need if you choose to cook meals right there and location is fantastic in terms of restaurants for dining out. We loved the lanai overlooking a beautiful lake which we also walked around daily. We highly recommend the condo and our host!!

Beautifully appointed condo on the water. Spent three weeks there and could have spent 3 more. The location is excellent. So much to do and see in this area. You will not be disappointed.
