About this hotel
This gorgeous one king-sized bedroom unit has fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room, and two baths (one with shower and one with Jacuzzi bath). The extra large 20X20 living room has a couch that opens with a pull-out queen-sized bed. There are french doors that separate the bedroom and living room, with a bath on both sides when the doors are shut.
It has beautiful 14’ ceilings with chandeliers. There is a second floor wrought iron balcony overlooking Royal Street. Guests enjoy full use of courtyard. This is a gated property.
A short block to Frenchman Street, a short block to the French Quarter, or two blocks to the French Market or the US Mint venues, this is the perfect spot for Jazz Fest New Orleans!
This is for 2 weeks that include both Jazz Fest weekends. Cost for any number of nights within this timeframe is $350/night with a 3 night minimum. Owners will consider a discount for a 5 night or weekly rental. Owners will consider a 15% discount for a rental of both weeks, or a 10 night stay.

Would not recommend for light sleepers or families. Very loud bar scene downstairs. We loved our weekend here though. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and was stocked with coffee:) Location is fantastic with a very cool bar across the street.
