You'll find these seven suites in the Mahogany Hall Boutique Resort, a colonial-style mansion on the banks of the Mopan River. Explore the charming town of San Ignacio three miles east, travel with ease from Belmopan 29 miles east, and plan fascinating excursions to Cahal Pech (four miles east), Xunantunich (10 miles south), Actun Tunichil Muknal (22 miles east), and other famous Maya ruins.
This listing includes seven individual one-bedroom, one-bathroom suites, which can accommodate up to 22 guests. The Monkey Suite and the Crow's Nest Suite each have space for five people (including four adults apiece); the Toucan Suite offers space for four (including three adults); and the Colonial Suite, the Parrot Room, the Jaguar Room, and the Monkey Room each provide space for two. Spend your days admiring the lush vegetation, reading on the expansive balcony, and cooling off in the Mopan River or the shared infinity pool. Bit off the beaten path but that helps make this a perfect place. Ideal for just relaxing on patio or around pool, walking along the river and just a short drive to San Ignacio, Mayan Ruins, Iguana Conservation Project and tours to ATM Cave. The staff will exceed your expectations. They are friendly, knowledgeable, informative, courteous and thoughtful. If you’re looking for a very special place, Mahogany Hall is your place to stay.
