About this apartment rental

This space is located on the second floor of a 2 1/2 story Victorian home. It is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with fully equipped kitchen and use of private rear yard. Located in a historical neighborhood in close proximity to Churchill Downs, St James Art Show, Yum Center, Expo Center and all downtown activities. 5 minutes from airport. This unit has a King Size Bed (Serta Perfect Sleeper Mattress). 2 Flat screen TV’s with cable and Wi-Fi provided. USB charging station at breakfast bar. Keurig Coffee maker provided with an assortment of coffee. Owner lives on site and will be available if needed.

The place was excellent and exactly what we were looking for. The host was very pleasant to deal with. The location was in in a beautiful neighborhood with some descent restaurants within walking distance.
