About this house rental
Our house is close to the forest on a large plot. We have plenty of space so that you can really enjoy your vacation.
With us you have the options for hiking, cycling or fishing right on the doorstep. The original nature of the nature reserve Waldnaabtal can be reached on foot from the house. Excursion destinations on the Steinwald invite you to go hiking. Cycle paths in the area are also suitable for longer tours. In the evenings, it is not far to the cozy Zoigl inns that only exist in our region.

Our spacious 3 room apartment was renovated in 2013 and lovingly furnished. Up to 5 people have approximately 80 square meters of living space on 2 floors. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the well-kept garden and the surrounding area. Couch and television invite you to relax. Wood is provided for the use of the tiled stove. Everything is available in the kitchen so that you can take care of yourself.
In the garden you will find relaxation, peace and a beautiful view of the forest and meadow. Seating, lying and grilling facilities are available in the garden.

Es war unsere schönste Ferienwohnung die wir bisher hatten. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist wirklich alles da. Es gibt eine tolle Mappe mit allen Infos zu Ausflügen und Infos über die Umgebung, immer auch mit Entfernung. Wir haben sehr viele kleine Wanderungen gemacht. Die Natur ist toll, viel Wald, Wasser, Moos, Vogel, Rehe, und alles mit wenig Anfahrt. Wir sind auch oft am Abend vom Haus aus spazieren gegangen. Ich kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ein sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Gegend. Top Ausstattung, mit allem was man braucht. Hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit hier!

Wirklich alles klasse, sehr nette Vermieter, saubere Unterkunft mit viel Platz, Lebensmittel-Notvorrat vorhanden, gepflegter Garten mit Liegewiese, tolle Umgebung mit vielem Möglichkeiten für ganz jung, jung und alt. Auch Baby-geeignet.
Einziges Manko: die Lage an der Bundesstraße, aber wen das nicht stört wird zu 100 % zufrieden sein.

Das Quartier war am Waldrand außerhalb des Ortes. Traumhaft schöne Landschaft. Die Landstraße war zwar nahe, aber nachts kaum befahren. Sehr günstig die Nähe zur A 93. Für Wanderer ideal, aber man braucht ein Auto zur Anfahrt an die Wanderparkplätze. Das Quartier ist eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, mit allem top ausgestattet und peinlich sauber. Im Ergeschoss die Schlafräume und Bad, im Obergeschoss sehr großer Wohnraum mit Sitzgruppe, Esstisch, offener Küche und zweiter Toilette. Vermieter wohnen im Haus aber mit separatem Eingang. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Leute - alles bestens, nur für Gehbehinderte ist das Quartier nicht geeignet wegen der Treppen zum 1. Stock.
