About this apartment rental
Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath (2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms) condo (Unit 14) is located in the Sitzmark Building at Purgatory Resort and offers convenience in all seasons. This is a slope side retreat right at the base of one of Purgatory’s favorite runs, Lower Hades (just walk up to Lower Hades from the townhome). Ski down to the high-speed six pack in the morning, and ski right back to your door in the afternoon. In spring, summer and fall, mountain biking and hiking trails are just the other side of the front door. This location cannot be beat, and it’s close to skier base area, all of the restaurants and shops, and the primary amenities of the main skier village at Purgatory.
The condo offers plenty of space for multiple families and features an open floor plan. There are tons of games/puzzles and also features parking at the unit for 2 vehicles, washer and dryer, WIFI and a gas grill.

3rd - King (second level)
4th - Bunk Bed (Single over Double) (Ground Floor/Entry level)
Main Living Space - Queen Pull Out Sofa (top level)
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Please note that, like most properties at Purgatory ski Resort, the townhome does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Condo and location good. Turned out to be a walk-in/walk-out but that was due to snow conditions. No one's fault. Not that bad! We had a great time.

Advertised with 3 showers but there are only 2. Didn’t know it was 3 levels with stairs. Handrail needs repaired-coming out of wall. Says ski in ski out but you have to walk through a trail to get to the ski trail and back to the condo. Was not what I expected from the listing. We made it work even though one adult had to sleep on a blow up mattress.
