These are photos of my 1BR Master, where I rent 5 consecutive Winter weeks (which are deeded with fixed location, starting 15-Feb in 2026). Located on the 3rd floor in the North Building of Grand Lodge, on Peak 7. If you need more room, I have access to adjacent 3rd floor properties, during this same 5 week period. FYI, I also own 2 weeks, in a new 4th floor 2BR 2 Bath, at Grand Colorado (starting 23-Aug in 2026) for those interested in Summer. According to the majority of guest reviews, GL7 is the best ski-in/ski-out location, at Breckenridge ... especially, for people who appreciate high quality, on mountain accommodations & services, in a very beautiful, natural and pristine setting. Because of great location, wonderful services, many fun amenities and fair rates, guests return, year after year and often reserve a year ahead. If you would like an additional Suite or a 2nd 1BR Master in the Winter, so you can share the Grand Lodge experience, with other family or friends, please contact me and discuss how I can meet your additional accommodation needs. If you find my availability dates do not exactly match the # of nights you desire, please check with me, I may be able to alter the minimum # of nights.

My condo location offers views of the major Breckenridge high peaks, as well as minutes access to the Independence Chair lift. Included at no additional cost are the many Grand Lodge amenities and amazing services. First photo is YOUR VIEW, from our condo. This is a luxury condo, fully furnished, sleeps up to 4 ppl, with granite and stainless steel kitchen, fully stocked for serving of 6-8 people. Gas fireplace provides ambiance and heat. The amenities available (at no charge) are indoor heated garage parking, gym with cardio and weight equip, 4 outdoor hot tubs, Grotto pool, YOUR OWN personal big theatre, YOUR OWN ski locker (steps from the Independence Chair) and bowling. Bell service and Concierge is available to assist with making plans. High Speed WiFi. Complimentary shuttle service from Grand Lodge to the town, any time of day and night, with return to Grand Lodge ... again at no additional cost. The Breckenridge Gondola is also available to transport you to town and back, as another option. If your reservation is less than a full week, a cleaning fee of $199 (not including tax) is charged by Grand Lodge, for payment, upon checkout.

Full spa is on the premise, with massage, sauna, steam and whirlpool bath. Spa services may be scheduled and paid for through the Front Desk.

Grand Lodge is 90 miles from Denver International Airport, offering the best of ski-in ski-out living, in all of Breckenridge. The town of Breckenridge is 3 miles down Ski Hill Rd and provides an incredibly fun big mountain apre-ski experience. No need to drive to town ... gondola or Grand Lodge limo service gets you there or back, in minutes.

Grand Lodge borders the White River National Forest, so beautiful, expansive views are everywhere. Within 30 minutes from Grand Lodge, you may ski Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, Beaver Creek ... all accessible via the same ski pass.
