The house was beautiful, the pool was great..loved the kitchen and the deck..it was very relaxing sitting out there in the morning watching the squirrels play, I will definitely at some point book again

We had three families enjoy this house for a long weekend vacation in Branson and it worked great to give us all space so we didn't feel on top of each other. The pool was excellent (make sure to read the part about it costing extra and have to be requested to heat it!), and the basketball court provided hours of fun for all of us. It is 3 stories with rooms and bathrooms on each floor so be prepared for a lot of up and down stairs if you have kids. It's also a great location the Branson strip (about 10-15 mins), so we were far enough away to not have the traffic but close enough to enjoy shows easily.We only used the kitchen for breakfast, but they had the basics to cook with (seasonings, utensils, cookware, etc.) Make sure to bring baggies or food storage though because we couldn't find much for our leftovers to be stored in. The coffee pot didn't work which was a bummer for the adults who live on coffee, but the guest contact resolved the issue quickly and ordered a new one to be delivered so we were able to have coffee our last day there.The decks are o.k. and could use some upkeep, and the lowest deck has a board missing right outside the door and that scared us so we stayed off of that deck so no one would get their foot caught in it. We didn't mind the decks being old, because it was July and we weren't going to be in the heat anyway.

I always try to give a nice, honest review because I depend on them from others when making a choice. Disappointed with check-in, scheduled to check in at 4pm. Home was not ready for us until almost 7pm. We had traveled all day with a car full of teens, and were ready to stretch out and have space. Looking for something to do for 3 hours, could have been ok but it was raining and most things were shut down, not a great experience with no resolution. The home was in a great location, and it was clean. I deducted another star because all 3 king beds were so uncomfortable. Very firm, not pleasant. The basketball court was a nice feature and our teens loved it. Pool was small but great for the younger kids and it had an alarm when the pool door was opened which was appreciated. Also there are MANY stairs. This was not an issue for our group but good to note, for those that can not do stairs.
