Note motor boats may not be moored to the dock as it is permitted for Kayaks and Canoes only. Free Kayaking with 2 kayaks. Bald Point State Park and white sandy public beaches are three miles away. A top-notch golf course (St. James Bay) is fifteen minute drive away.

Great location, fishing right out back, kayaks to use. Caught a redfish first day. Great central location to the area. Place was nice and comfortable.
