Privately owned Studio on 1st Floor with Private Balcony, King Bed, Located in beautiful 19-acre Lakeside resort in South Lake Tahoe, Full size appliances, Fast Wifi. Resort includes Pools, Jacuzzis, Sauna, Fitness Room, Fire pits, Private Beach & Pier.

You can rent our beautifully remodeled studio condo in the Lakeland Village Beach and Mountain Resort in South Lake Tahoe at a fraction of the regular hotel cost.
This is a deluxe studio, which is fully remodeled with a built-in thermostat controlled fireplace and all the trimmings you could want. It includes a full kitchenette, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, smooth top range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, 42 inch TV above the fireplace, full bath/shower and a large, shaded lanai.
This unit has a sunny view looking towards the pool and Jacuzzi of the main lodge. The unit is located in the main lodge on the 1st floor, with easy access to the Laundry room.
The Resort is ideally located on the lake, and is close to everything. A short walk down the beach brings you to the popular "Tahoe Queen" ferry boat cruise, restaurants, galleries, bars and shops. You can also rent kayaks and other items right at the Resort on the beach.
The Resort's pier is one of our favorite amenities. The beautiful boardwalk pier includes benches, providing a perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of the lake with its crystal clear water.
Plus you're just a short distance from the casinos, movie theaters, 2 grocery stores, and plenty of shops and restaurants. The location is perfect!
The Lakeland Village resort sits on 19 acres on the lake, and is lush with pine trees and wide beaches. It offers 3 pools, 2 Jacuzzis, dry sauna, fitness room, tennis courts, chairs and tables by the lake, a pier, a clubhouse, and much more.
You can't beat the accommodations, location and amenities of this beautiful resort!
And Parking is Free.

** TRANSPORTATION: To get to the Heavenly Gondola or Casinos, you can use Lake Tahoe's "BlueGo Bus" ($2/ride) which runs every hour. There is also a "Lake Link App" which you can download from your phone's app store to request a free ride. They pickup at the CVS store next door. Note: Lakeland Village does not provide a shuttle service.

Note: We do NOT provide exceptions due to: road closures, flight cancellations, illness, hurricanes, weather conditions, or air quality due to forest fires. We had a great stay. The property was EXACTLY as advertised, the check-in/check-out instructions were thorough and easy to follow, and the host was attentive but not intrusive. (By this I mean he reached out via text/phone to make sure we got in ok, that we had everything we needed, and that our check out went smoothly.)The location was very convenient to all the things we wanted to do and see in the Lake Tahoe area. There were many eating and shopping establishments within a 5-10 minute walk and having the pool and laundry room were nice bonuses that we used.The only thing I can think of that would have been nice to have would be 2 portable beach/sand chairs that we could have used at the beach. The condo complex has convenient access to a nice, private piece of beach, but I’m getting a little too old to sit on a towel. All in all, a great stay. I would absolutely recommend it to others and use it again should I ever return to beautiful Lake Tahoe, California.

My overall impression of the property has not changed in forty years. Excellent location. We like it.
However, there is renovation construction going on at the main building. From 8 am to 5 pm it is noisy, disturbing and unsafe. Had to walk through active construction area to access the room. This condition was not communicated at the time the reservation was made. Nor was it explained at the time of check in. The off-site owner said he did not know it was taking place. Being awakened by loud banging and hammering did not make for a peaceful, relaxing or pleasant stay.
