About this apartment rental

This condo has 2 beds and 2 baths and offers convenience, brand new furnishings and covered parking, all within a safe and quiet neighborhood. Brand new central air and ceiling fans will keep the condo nice and comfortable during the warmer months.

Enjoy morning coffee looking at Camelback Mountain and the breathtaking AZ sunsets from the private shaded balcony. You'll find the open floor plan great for entertaining groups.

Fully Equipped Kitchen includes beautiful granite countertops, full size refrigerator, self cleaning stove, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, and coffee maker.

The Master Bedroom has a queen-size pillow-top mattress, walk-in closet and private bath with access to the covered balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with plenty of closet space.

The living room has a 50' flat screen Smart TV with cable access to all your favorite streaming apps. There is WiFi throughout the condo.

There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit should you need to do some laundry.

The community features an outdoor pool, jacuzzi and BBQ facilities. Parking is not an issue with a designated covered parking space and additional parking in the lot.

This rental is nearby many main attractions in AZ; within 10 minutes you can be in Old Town Scottsdale (which is AZ downtown with a robust night life, local eateries, shopping and art galleries), ASU Sun Devil Stadium, the SF Giants spring-training facility, the Cubs Spring Training, Talking Stick resort and casino, Big Surf Waterpark (featuring one of the largest wave pools at 2.5 million gallons) Camelback Mountain's Cholla Hiking Trail, as well as many fine golf courses.

Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Free Scottsdale Trolley, Bus Stops, pharmacies, fitness centers, restaurants, as well as the Greenbelt outdoor recreational area, are all right across the street from the front door.

For all of you that enjoy a day out shopping, Scottsdale Fashion Square features many high-end shops and over 100 specialty stores and a theater. It is only 7 minutes away, by car, and nearby are the Tempe Marketplace outdoor mall, the Biltmore Fashion Park, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter outdoor malls. For bargain and unique shopping, the Mesa Marketplace offers a covered (sun-shaded), weekend flea market which is always an adventure.

If you're looking for a workout, there's Camelback Crossfit and Independence Gym right across the street and if walking or riding a bike is more your style, there's access to the Green Belt right across the street. The Green Belt is an oasis of parks, lakes, paths and golf courses traversing 11 miles through the heart of Scottsdale to help you avoid major cross traffic.

Most people visiting Scottsdale know and love Old Town with its endless number of bars and restaurants to visit. You can walk there or you may decide a different mode of transportation. Golf carts are all the rage around Old Town which operate solely on tips. Uber is available as is the free Old Town trolley.

Access to the 101 is about 2 minutes away and you're only 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor.

Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 noon, but if there isn't anyone booked around your dates, message me and I'm happy to let you check-in early or stay a little later if you have an evening flight.

This condo is a perfect place to stay - close to Desert Botanical Garden - close to restaurants and the best donut shop (Local Donut), the Scottsdale Farmer's market, the Fashion Mall, etc. The condo itself is wonderfully stocked. It has everything we needed to cook our meals. It has covered parking. It is quiet and the bed is comfortable. Perfect for our need to get out of the cold weather in Wisconsin!

Me and my buddy stayed here for a Tennis tournament. The property was well maintained and Linda gave excellent check-in directions. It was perfect for what we needed.

We had great communication in getting to the property, great directions on where to go once inside the complex and where the parking space is. Very easy to get into the keyless entry, thanks for the detailed directions. Upon opening the door and walking in the place has a not so great smell ( not the first Vrbo with this issue), once inside you kind of get used to it. The place looks like the photos. We didn’t cook there but looks like you would have everything you need to whip up a meal. The living room is small but comfortable for 3-4. Tv seemed to be fine, I didn’t watch much. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, which was comfortable. The bathroom was fine. The second bedroom has a pretty uncomfortable bed. Very hard and the pillows are not nice. I made it through the 5 nights, looking forward to my own bed. The closet in the second room is kind of weird as the clothing rack is forward so far that the closet doors will not close, so clothes left sticking out, I didn’t really care, just left the doors open. There are water and dryer in the unit, we did not use them, but seem fine. The main draw back about this place is it is in an older building, the walls are very thin. Every morning some of the neighbors car alarms would go off, like just before dawn. You can hear neighbors, maybe below talking, they weren’t loud but you can hear them. You can hear the people above walking around and the air conditioning unit is very loud, I slept with white noise every night it
