This was the perfect rental for us - centrally located, GREAT views which we enjoyed each morning and evening along w/ beach walks, lots of kitchen supplies (no spices - not even salt & pepper - FYI), 2 beach chairs/umbrella plus other beach gear we didn't use. The building was quiet - a lovely courtyard - with paid laundry on the same floor. We arrived after office hours to get a parking pass but weren't penalized w/ any ticket and got it the next day. All check out instructions were emailed and we felt we got great value for our dollar. Highly recommend if you're a couple or a small family traveling together.

The unit was nice, beautiful view. The furnishings could use some upgrades. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes, the silverware is missing many pieces.
