We have a new fantastic 1 bedroom Apt. in a strategic location for families, spent time recovering after a surgery, tourism or business, 3 min away from Parque de la 93. We are fully committed in providing the finest quality, service, comfort and great taste for our guests. Fully equipped kitchen & complimentary daily cleaning.
There is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a walk-in closet and bathroom. Living room with 3 square meter terrace and a pull-out couch that sleeps 1 additional guest *or two children. Fully equipped kitchen including toaster oven, fridge and Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules. All the apartment has wooden floors and is equipped with luxury, 100% cotton linens (300 thread count) and towels. 40" TV with cable and safe box. The apartment has floor to ceiling windows and receives lots of sun light and warmth as it overlooks the west.
Guests will have access to the entire property and its parking lot, as well as the building's rooftop with BBQ zones, gym, and meeting room. There is a small café in the first floor perfect for breakfasts or light dinner.

I spent eight days in this modern and well-equipped apartment with one bedroom and 1.5 baths. It has everything necessary for a comfortable stay and the check-in process was easy. Ana Maria is the on-site representative who was immediately available in person or by phone to take care of all questions. A bonus is that the apartment is cleaned daily by Rosita, Monday through Friday, and she does an excellent job. The building entrance is attended 24/7, the apartment is quiet, and is located only two blocks from a full-service Olympica grocery store. The apartment is near the Parque 93 area with many shops, restaurants, and night spots, and transportation is readily available by taxi, bus, or Transmilenio. Since I traveled to Bogotá on fairly short notice, I was glad to see that the confirmation and booking process was done quickly, and after checkout the security deposit was promptly returned. I will definitely stay here again.

I've stayed in this host's properties twice before in 2017, when I was very excited to stay there. This time, the furniture seemed less comfortable, the couch was unusable, kitchen pots and pans were dirty, etc. (We asked the host to replace two particularly dirty items and were told "Thank you for your feedback.") Reaching the host, even when we realized we needed to pay for two extra days, was a challenge. They were very hard to get a hold of and almost never replied to messages on Homeaway or whatsapp.
