About this apartment rental
2 BR, 2 Bath Apartment. Open floor plan: Dining, Kitchen. Full size sofa-bed in living room. Apartment sleeps 5 Max! (Up to 4 adults.) Private paved patio behind the apartment with lounge area and oversized tent, mosquito netting, lighting, gas barbecue grill and a five-person therapeutic spa tub. This is exclusive for use with this apartment rental and is not shared with others.
This modern second story apartment is located 1.5 mi away from DOWNTOWN and the RIVERWALK. Also, within walking distance is the Pearl Brewery complex and the River Walk North.

The primary bedroom has a king sized bed featuring our hotel quality linens, memory foam, and plush pillows. There is a full bathroom with 5-function shower, automated bidet toilet, and ample closet (hangers provided)
The secondary fully tiled bathroom conveniently opens up to both bedrooms. It includes a double-sized walk-in shower with additional handheld sprayer, and in-unit washer and dryer, as well as luxury toiletries and blow dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It has granite tile countertops, modern cabinets, and stainless steel appliances including: dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, double sided large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker/filtered water, stove/oven and microwave.
Also available for your use is a PRIVATE, paved patio with lounge area and oversized tent, mosquito netting, lighting, gas barbecue grill and a five-person therapeutic spa tub. Outdoor drink ware and plates also included.
The apartment includes free high-speed WiFi, smart TVs (aside from Hulu, log in to your favorite streaming services during your stay), cable service provided through Hulu Live TV and Bose iPhone sound dock.
We are dog lovers as you may see from our pictures. However, we cannot accept pets in the rental.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas and we can provide ashtrays upon request. Smoking inside the apartment will result in the loss of your $250 deposit.

Our stay was very nice. The place was clean and our bed was comfortable. The location can’t be beat. So close to many things to do that just take a short walk or quick drive.

Dean, Jeannette, and their son, Robert, were very gracious and thoughtful hosts. The welcoming bottle of sparkling wine was very much appreciated after a somewhat challenging journey from Sacramento. Since Covid arrived in 2020, my family has stayed exclusively at Vrbo rentals, preferring to avoid the crowds at hotels. Our routine after checking in is to disinfect all hard surfaces we will touch, wash all plates, cups, glasses, and cutlery we will use, and wash all towels and linens we will use. This is the first place we did not wash the sheets because we felt it unnecessary with the host's protocol for cleaning. Our white socks told us so as well as the used disinfectant wipes. We have absolutely never stayed at a cleaner Vrbo.rental. This is important to us, as it should be to anyone with children or compromised family. In addition to being very clean and neat, the unit was well appointed with comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living room had upscale appliances which we appreciated. The location was perfect to access everything we wanted to see. So glad we avoided staying downtown with the attendant traffic congestion and seriously crowded sidewalks. This is truly a 5 star rental. Thank you.
