It's convenient location is within walking distance of restaurants and bars, a bakery, hardware store, hair salons and spas, boutiques and more. Located between Grand Rapids and the lakeshore and minutes away from Interstate 96, the Historic Loft is close to downtown Grand Rapids businesses and attractions, as well as Lake Michigan's beautiful beaches, dunes and miles of bike/walking trails.

What a wonderfully comfortable, clean, and cozy place! Right in downtown Coopersville with restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely go back when in that area again!

This loft was wonderful! Perfect location to visit our daughter at Grand Valley for family weekend. The host was easy to communicate and met any needs we had. Highly recommend

To say this place is cute is an understatement. Three bedrooms (two queen and a full), two bathrooms, two living rooms, an open concept kitchen/eating area, and 10 foot ceilings all combine to give plenty of space. The hardwood floors, custom and comfy furniture, and abundant art work elevate the apartment . 5 adults stayed and we had plenty of space for our long weekend. We were preparing for a family wedding with the parents of the bride so we had a lot of extra ‘stuff’ but it never felt overwhelming or cramped. Susan, the owner, has thought of everything and even has well placed instructions (from how to work the shower to where different switches are located). An added bonus for our weekend - there is no extra cleaning required. The cleaning fee covers everything and we appreciated not having to do anything extra. Downtown Coopersville is cute with an adorable breakfast place and several restaurants within walking distance. Things to know but not deal breakers: the apartment is above a business so there is a flight of stairs to climb and one bedroom has a full bed so would be tight for two adults to sleep. We highly recommend staying here if you are in the Grand Rapids/Grand Haven/Spring Lake area.
