Please be advised that there is a history of poor water quality at the main beach in Sayulita. Many people swim and do not get sick, though others blame the ocean water. Swim at your own risk. There are other beaches you can go to fairly nearby that are significantly cleaner. Just ask and we'll tell you all the Sayulita secrets!
Theft is fairly common all over Sayulita, but we have taken every measure to secure the property and house, including Iron gating, padlocks, and a safe. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.

This was such a fun and unique property that gave us everything we could have asked for. We were celebrating a bachelor party and really enjoyed the space. I will try to book this place again when I return!

The house is stunning ! Perfect for a family trip , we came with our kids and my parents , the second bedroom is not a “part” of the main house and was perfect for them to have some intimacy. The manager Majo is so sweet and willing to help you with anything and answer all your questions.
The house is a typical Mexican house and we feel in love with it!!
You are so close to everything by walking and still have that privacy it’s the perfect place to stay!
We will come again , thank you so much!
