Fully-stocked kitchen and household essentials. Brand new appliances (gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher). Sleeps 2-3: New Queen bed in bedroom and new full sleeper sofa in living room. TV, Wi-Fi, and full size washer and dryer. Air conditioning and off-street parking.

We live in a wonderful, quiet and safe older neighborhood that is within 10-15 minute walk to Nob Hill shopping, restaurants, galleries, La Montanita Co-Op, bus lines and parks. The ABQ airport, University of New Mexico, Presbyterian and UNM Hospitals, CNM, the VA, Kirtland AFB, Downtown and Freeway are also nearby.
Perfect home away from home for traveling professionals, visiting scholars, house hunters, summer interns, and others planning a short-term stay in ABQ.

Jennifer was awesome- very much in contact throughout the stay but also felt as if we were in our own home. Not invasive, but very helpful. The casita is inviting and homey.

The casita had several special touches to welcome us. We were comfortable and felt well cared for. The property manager was very kind and helpful answering questions about our itinerary and they both seemed interested in our family members. It was a great experience. Thank you!!
