About this apartment rental
My accommodation is good for couples, business travelers, families (with children) and pets (by appointment!) suitable.
Our Chek in / out is through our key Safe Systems in front of the apartment door totally uncomplicated.
Apartment, centrally located, located on the second floor of a multi-party house in the 15th district of Vienna municipality.
Total size approx. 45m²
Bedroom: 2 single beds each 90x200
Pull-out sofa: 1 person can be booked additionally

Domestic equipments:
Bathroom: large mirrored wardrobe, sink, soap, shower, toilet and hand and bath towels
Living room / kitchen: wall unit with TV, couch and coffee table, table with 2 armchairs
Kitchen: various kitchen utensils, coffee maker brand Martello, stove, kettle, microwave and refrigerator
Bedroom: 2 single beds 0,90 mx 2,00 m, bed linen and spacious wardrobe
Parking:
In front of the house there are public parking spaces along the street.
There is a short-term parking zone from Mon-Fri (weekdays) from 09:00 to 19:00 at the address. During this time tickets are to be laid out (Attention: in one location (parking) a maximum of 3 hours).
Parking the car for a longer period using the Park & Ride System.
10-15 minutes walk to the Schönbrunn Palace with animal park, 5 minutes on foot Metro U4 / U6 Station Längenfeldgasse and the Westbahn City with several train connections, Metro U3 / U6 and various tram lines. eg. the journey time by metro U3 from the Westbahn City to the center of Vienna Mitte, Stephansplatz is 8 minutes.

Situated close to a metro station 2 stops from Schonbrunn and 4 from the city centre. A supermarket and fast food outlets just round the corner. Apartment looking a bit tired and a refresh would make a difference. New clean pillows please!Vienna is a beautiful city with much to see and enjoy.

Die Unterkunft war bis auf eine Nacht sehr ruhig, da im Hinterhaus gelegen. Die Ausstattung war einfach aber sauber. Es fehlen jedoch Eierbecher, Flaschenöffner, Weingläser und Korkenzieher. Zum Glück war bei den sehr heißen Sommertemperturen ein Standventilator vorhanden, das hat uns sehr geholfen. Danke dafür. Insgesamt kann man diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Informationen zum Einchecken und Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte frühzeitig. Bei einem Problem ( sehr laute Mieter über uns) erfolgte eine rasche Reaktion, obwohl es schon 11 Uhr abends war.
Für uns war das Badezimmer ausreichend, für beleibte Personen könnte es evt. etwas eng zu gehen. Die Betten waren weich aber angenehm, es gab ausreichend Schrankfläche und Abstellmöglichkeiten.
Mit der Nachtischlampe sollte dann doch eine andere Lösung gefunden werden.
Die Küche war sauber ( finde ich ein sehr wichtiger Punkt, vor allem der Kühlschrank). Lappen, Geschirrtuch und Spülmittel waren auch vorhanden. Beim Geschirr hätte ich mir etwas mehr gewünscht z.B. ein Sieb, scharfes großes und kleines Küchenmesser und ein großes Brett sowie ein Topfuntersetzer.
Dafür war direkt um die Ecke eine Drogerie und ein Discounter.
Weiterhin positiv waren die ausgelegten Informationen im Eingangsbereich des Hauses, kostenlose 15 Minuten Parkscheine, Stadtpläne....Es gibt einen kleinen Gartenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten, Kräutertöpfen und bepflanzte Blumenkästen.
Resümee: Ich würde die Unterkunft bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Wien wieder wählen.
