About this cottage rental
Mustique is a spacious (over 800 feet) luxurious beach escape suitable for a couple. It is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on the Scenic 30A and a short 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the swimming pools.
The carriage house is set on 2 floors with downstairs being an open plan living area with kitchen boasting brand new modern appliances, cooktop and cooking utensils, granite tops, double-door fridge with an ice-maker and water filter. We have both a keurig and drip coffee maker and supply filter papers.
The living area is fully tiled and has a comfortable sofa and large flat screen TV, which leads out to a secluded patio with gas grill and seating area. This is also the perfect setting to wind down with sundowners. The upstairs area has a full bathroom with his and hers vanities. The bedroom has hickory hardwood floors with vaulted ceilings and several windows allowing the natural light to shine in. The bedroom deck overlooks the trees and green area where you will hear the tweeting of birds awakening you each morning.
All linen, soaps, bath, beach towels and amenities for a couple of days are provided. Use of beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided.
Destin and the outlet stores are only a 20 minute drive away. During the Spring and Summer months there are several free outdoor concerts in the area, many within walking distance form the carriage house.
Seacrest Beach boasts a huge recreational area and have 12 000 feet of swimming pools, only 80 yards form your front door. The accommodation is a short 5 minute walk to the beach, or you can catch the free golf tram service directly from your front door to the beach. We supply 2 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella. After the beach you can rinse off with the hot/cold outdoor shower right outside your front door. Seacrest also has a gravel walking/jogging trail surrounding the community, else one can run or cycle the 17 mile Scenic 30A.
Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available.
One small dog weighing less than 20 lbs is allowed. Please include details when making a reservation request, as it is to be pre-approved as separate linen and furnishings are used for pet friendly guests. There is a pet fee applied to confirmed pets.

Lovely private carriage house located in the heart of Seacrest. Easy walk or tram ride to the beach. Many excellent restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed; large bathroom with 2 sinks; full sized closet with shelves; coffee maker that uses ground or pods. Laura was very responsive & friendly.

The unit was very cute and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The couch and bed were comfortable.The manger/contact was very responsive and I really appreciated the binder with all the information for the unit. We really enjoyed our visit.

Everything was provided to our expectations. The host was excellent with the communication and promptly answered all requests. We landed a little earlier than our designated check-in time and the host was even able to let us access the property a few hours early!

Th Mustique carriage house was a perfect stay for 2 people. It was clean, bright and spacious. The location is absolutely perfect- extremely close to the community pool (which is beautiful) and just a quick walk from the town center. Laura was a wonderful host, answering me right away when there were a few bumps in the road and finding quick solutions. Would love to stay again!
