Inside you will also find a ground floor cloakroom, and an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with breakfast bar. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, and a large communal garden area, and raised patio area with furniture. Located in a scenic setting with far-stretching countryside views, Rose Cottage is a heart-warming retreat in a memorable part of England. Please note, this property can accommodate a minimum of 2-night stays.

Please note there are 15 steps up into the property itself. Note: This property only accepts a Friday changeover.
Access to this property is via a single track driveway which can be subject to pot holes and flash floods in torrential rain, please drive carefully.

Barnstaple lies at the end of the Tarka line railway journey, which takes you through the North Devon countryside of valleys, moorland and a coastline.
