About this house rental
Roomy home at the beach! Just a few short steps to the sun and sand of summer. House sleeps 8, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, and an outdoor shower. There is also a daybed in the sunroom and in the finished basement.Gourmet kitchen, wifi, cable tv, finished basement has a bar and pool table to complete the fun indoors. The home is entirely aircondioned . Full outdoor deck off the kitchen, Weber gas grill, beach chairs, and boogie boards to enjoy on the world famous beach. The rental includes 8 beach tags. Driveway has ability to park 2 cars.

The house was clean and well-maintained with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped. The deck outside the kitchen is large and partially covered with an awning which made it a nice family gathering spot. The dining table comfortably seats 8. The owner was very friendly to deal with and accommodating. The home was equipped with Wifi and a large TV in the living. The home is located in a nice area of Ventnor and is only 1 1/2 blocks to the beach.
The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning on the first floor. While this may not be much of an issue during most of the summer, we happened to stay during a heat wave when even the shore was steaming. We had fans going which made it tolerable but it was not ideal. Overall, however, my family very much enjoyed our stay at this home.
