It is located about 150m2 from the famous Cala del Pi and other beautiful coves and beaches, such as Cala Belladona, Cap Roig, or Playa Rovira, all of which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The center of Platja d'Aro, the promenade or the large beach is accessible in less than 15 minutes on foot.

The residence has a beautiful garden and a fantastic swimming pool for adults and another for the little ones. It has showers and sun loungers. It also has a community barbecue.

The apartment has views over the garden and partially over the pool. In the distance you can see the sea. It has a 16m2 terrace, very pleasant for lunch and dinner in a relaxed way. It has a living-dining room (with sofa bed) and integrated kitchen, quadruple room (double bed and bunk beds), and full bathroom.

There is no private parking at the residence but you can park on the adjacent streets, easy, for free and with security. In July and August, especially during beach hours it can be a little more difficult, but it's possible to find spots in adjacents streets. There are free public parking spaces in 1000 and 1500m from the residence.
